Pump body maintenance process

1.1 Preparation stage:

1.1.1 Cut off the power supply of the water pump motor control cabinet, and hang the "Do not close" warning sign.
1.1.2 Close the water inlet valve and outlet valve of the water pump, and open the drain valve on the pump body to relieve pressure.
1.1.3 Hang the chain block and wire rope.
1.1.4 Disassemble and separate the motor.
1.2 Disintegration stage:

1.2.1 Removing the bearing Pull the docking wheel apart with a code puller, take out the shaft pin, remove the connecting bolts between the bearing cover and the bearing seat, screw the bolts into the top hole, and take out the bearing and the seat top together.
1.2.2 Disassemble the packing gland: remove the connecting bolts between the gland pump body, pull out the bracket, and take out the packing and packing shaft
set.

1.2.3 Disassemble the threading bar: Loosen the nuts at both ends of the threading bar, pull out the threading bar, and remove the upper cover.
1.2.4 Disassemble the balance drum: there are two special bolt holes on the balance drum, hang out the bolts on the collar or lift the pump body 10mm, tap the shaft downward with a copper rod, and remove the balance drum.
1.2.5 Shaft sleeve and impeller: take out the fixing pin on the impeller, and disassemble the end cover from top to bottom.
1.3 Maintenance stage:

1.3.1 Clean the bearing and bearing box with diesel oil. After cleaning, if the bearing is not flexible, replace the bearing.
1.3.2 Use a wire brush to remove the rust in the pump body and the scale on the inner and outer surfaces of the impeller, and wipe it with a cloth.
1.3.3 Remove the rust inside and outside the balance drum.
1.3.4 Clean the motor bearings and the oil stains on the inner and outer glands of the bearings.
1.3.5 Check the stator and rotor of the motor, whether the insulating paint is aging, and clean the dust inside the machine and the fan blades.
1.4 Assembly stage:

1.4.1 Assemble the pump body according to the reverse steps of disassembling the water pump.
1.4.2 Check the insulation of the motor and test run the water pump. It is required that there is no abnormal noise, vibration and odor.
2. Precautions for maintenance of pump body

2.1 When the disassembly is not smooth, do not beat it hard, and use a rust-removing lubricant to remove the rust first.
2.2 The order of disassembly and the direction of assembly should be recorded or marked.
2.3 For the longer shaft, in order to prevent its deformation, temporary support should be installed if necessary.
2.4 When working, try to use fixed wrench, stud bolt and special alarm.
2.5 After the installation of the water pump is completed, remember not to connect the water outlet, and open the water inlet valve to flush the iron filings inside the pump until the flushing water is relatively clean.
2.6 Be careful not to use kerosene or gasoline to clean the internal parts of the water pump, so as to avoid the peculiar smell of the pump water after maintenance.
